诊断液压破碎锤吸油管路故障的静电传感器灵敏度探讨

Monitoring of hydraulic breaker failure electrostatic suction line sensor sensitivity investigate

摘要: 首选论述了采用环状静电传感器监测矿山机械设备液压系统吸油管路故障是可行的,然后通过采用有限元电磁场分析软件ANSOFT对静电传感器灵敏度进行仿真研究,得到了静电传感器的灵敏度分布状况的三维解释。进行了静电传感器灵敏度仿真实验,验证了电极灵敏度分布。仿真结果表明,选取电极宽度为5mm可获取较好的电极灵敏度,最后结合自建实验装置进行验证,进而得到了电极宽度和信号带宽的关系。

Abstract: Hydraulic systems are widely used in mining machinery, the use of cyclic static sensors to monitor mining equipment hydraulic system suction line failure is feasible. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSOFT static electromagnetic field sensor sensitivity simulation study, the sensitivity of the three-dimensional distribution of the electrostatic sensor interpretation. Combined with self-built experimental apparatus was verified, and then get the relationship between the electrode width and signal bandwidth. The experiments prove that the electrode width selection is 5mm.
